Content that ranks well

Google uses a specific framework (E-E-A-T) to evaluate the quality of search results. Having content that takes this into account is your key to ranking well, and being found by your audience. Thankfully, our werd goblins take care of all that stuff to SEO optimise your article. All you need to do is choose what to tell your audience.

Workflow 1: Create articles from headlines

Your newsroom is the hub for all the latest happenings around the world. Keep your readers up-to-date with news and trends by creating articles that talk about what’s hot (and what’s not!).

Your werd feed draws headlines from over 80+ global news agencies and makes them available to you for use in your ideation process.

Organise your headlines into Topic Sources

First, organise your headlines around specific subjects of interest using Topic Sources.

To set your first source, enter a subject term or phrase into the search bar, and click search. If you’d only like to see headlines from selected news agencies, click filter sources and select the news agencies you want to see headlines for. Hitting search will show you a preview of headlines for your topic source.

Generate articles from headlines

Once you’ve set up your sources, head to the newsroom to see the latest trending headlines.

Set up your audience in the audience section by selecting one of the suggestions, or pasting in a URL. Once you hit enter, the werd goblins will retrieve the ‘niche’, ‘target audience’ and ‘tone of voice’ information. You can also enter these values manually.

After that, just select a source to generate top headlines.

If you see something interesting, just click on it and hit generate to create an entirely new SEO-optimised article, integrated with additional research (plus citations and FAQs)!
